Primary Suite Remodel
Living Room Renovation
A 1930s Culver City home with Spanish Colonial Revival bones. The bath was reconfigured entirely with tadelakt walls, an oversized concrete-look floor tile, a custom vanity, and a new skylight over the shower. The wardrobe closet moved into the bedroom. A breeze block detail at the added water closet does double duty as a transom while circulating air where there's only one window.
